PROPUESTA “ZERO” PARA LA GLOBALIZACION ALTERNATIVA/ ALTERNATIVE GLOBALIZATION:

“Propuesta cero”: Dad una patada mental imaginaria a todas las actividades y problemas personales y colectivos, y a todos los ministerios o departamentos públicos de todos los estados, regiones y pueblos del mundo para reducirlos a 8 facetas vitales mucho más fáciles de afrontar y resolver de una en una, de forma progresiva:

1- ESPIRITUALIDAD, DIPLOMACIA Y JUSTICIA.

2- EMOCIÓN, SEGURIDAD, SALUD Y ALIMENTACIÓN.

3- EDUCACIÓN, CONCIENCIA Y VOLUNTAD.

4- ECOLOGÍA, RECICLAJE DE RESIDUOS Y ENERGÍA.

5- ETICA, COMUNICACIONES, VIVIENDA Y OBRAS.

6- ECONOMÍA DE PAZ Y VERDADERA COOPERACIÓN.

7- EDÉN, TIEMPO LIBRE, OCIO, DEPORTE Y ARTE.

8- EQUILIBRIO E INFORMACIÓN GENERAL.

La humanidad arrastra en su conciencia personal y subconsciente colectivo siglos de desamor estructural, codicia material, soberbia mental, ira emocional e injusticia global, y sus efectos son un gran caos ecológico y social o “Apocalipsis global”, las probables mentiras de los atentados terroristas del “11S, 11M y 7J”, el mito de la superpoblación o los falsos conceptos de “Dios” y del estado con los que las minorías dirigentes justifican la injusticia global, el imperialismo capitalista y la violencia como forma de resolver viejos problemas y nuevos retos de la humanidad.

En la naturaleza todo tiende a una mayor complejidad, pero en caso de problemas la evolución natural adopta las respuestas más sencillas y rápidas; Frente a abusos de estados y mercados, la comunidad humana debe reorganizarse en relación a un nuevo paradigma o modelo de ecodesarrollo humano que corrija tales abusos, y mi “PIRA” o Plan Integral de Reflexión y Acción contiene -entre otras- las siguientes propuestas de desalienación mental, sanación emocional y comunitarismo vecinal:

-Reducción de los estados a favor de la máxima autonomía y autogestión de las regiones, y traspaso de los poderes políticos convencionales a los nuevos foros sociales que deben formarse en cada uno de los 8 ámbitos geográficos previstos en mi plan.

-Simplificación administrativa y diplomática en general, y reciclaje de la ONU en 12 tribus de ámbito continental.

-Colectivizacion progresiva para toda la humanidad de unos “mínimos” de “AMOR” -Alojamiento, Manutención, Ocupación útil y Reproducción-, y de “MIEL”, como acrónimo de Moneda, Idioma, Espíritu y Leyes justas.

-Plan de 4 millones de empleos para España, basado en la formación de los foros vecinales de todos los ámbitos, reorientando la actividad productiva y comercial, y simplificando toda la legislación laboral. Ved la sección de “economía” de mi web.

-Conversión de todo templo religioso y espiritual en pioneras “Casas de Paz”, o Centros de Atención Social y Ambiental para la integración social de los colectivos más desfavorecidos.

-Revisionismo radical de cada proyecto de vida personal e inversión económica para afrontar los verdaderos retos de la humanidad actual, y para facilitar grandes planes de repoblación forestal y humana en el medio rural y semirural; Descongestión urbana.

-Adaptación de un nuevo calendario lunisolar de 13 meses de 28 dias y cooperación científica y homologación técnica que reduzca la grave contaminación global.

"Proposal zero": Give imaginary mental kick all the activities and personal and collective problems, and all government ministries or departments of all states, regions and peoples of the world, reduced to 8 vital faces much easier to address and resolve one at a time, progressivel:
1 - SPIRITUALITY, DIPLOMACY AND JUSTICE.
2 - EMOTION, SAFETY, HEALTH AND FOOD.
3 - EDUCATION, AWARENESS AND WILL.
4 - ECOLOGY, RECYCLING OF WASTE AND ENERGY.
5 - ETHICS, COMMUNICATIONS, HOUSING AND WORKS.
6 - ECONOMIC COOPERATION AND TRUE PEACE.
7 - EDEN, LEISURE, SPORT AND ART.
8 - BALANCE AND GENERAL INFORMATION.

Humanity creeps into your personal and collective subconscious awareness centuries of disaffection structural, material greed, pride mental, emotional anger and global injustice, and its effects are a major ecological and social chaos or "global apocalypse", the likely lies of terrorist attacks the "11S, 11M and 7J," the myth of overpopulation or the false concepts of "God" and the state with the minority leaders to justify the global injustice, capitalist imperialism and violence as a way to solve old problems and new challenges facing humanity.

Everything in nature tends towards greater complexity, but in case of problems natural evolution takes the simple and rapid responses. Against the face of state and market abuses, the human community must be reorganized on a new paradigm or model of human and ecological development to correct such abuses, and my "PIRA" or “Plan Integrate for Reflection and Action” contains, among others, the following proposals of mental desalienation, emotional healing and communitarianism neighborhood:
-Reduction of the states for maximum autonomy and self-management of the regions, andtransfer of conventional political powers to the new social forums should be formed in each of the 8 geographical areas under my plan.
Administrative simplification and diplomacy in general, and recycling of the UN in 12 tribesof continental scope.
-Collectivization progressively to all mankind of a "minimum" of "AMOR" -acronym in spanish of accommodation, food, helpful occupation and reproduction-, and "MIEL" as acronym for Currency, Language, Spirit and just laws.

-Conversion of all religious and spiritual temples in "Houses of Peace" or Social Care Centres for Environmental and social integration of disadvantaged groups.
-Radical overhaul of each project personal life and economic investment to tackle the real challenges facing humanity today, and big plans to facilitate afforestation and human in rural and semi-rural; Urban Decongestion.
-Adaptation of a new 13-month lunisolar calendar of 28 days and scientific and technical approval to reduce the severe global pollution.
